Anyone feel like helping a noob convert a PC patch to Xbox?

I would like to convert this PC patch to Xbox, maybe someone out there could do it considering I'm a noob or could help me try to do it. Somebody has apparently converted the patch from PC to PS2, so it is possible. The only problem that arrose was installing the New Stadium Preview pics.

The patch contains:

Update all 20 Stadiums in PES with High Quality Textures

+ 8 new Stadiums replace the Japan Stadiums
+ New Stadium Preview pics and Mode Select Screens by yuraharu0812 (Preview pics were giving people converting this file to PS2 problems.)

Here is the List:
Old ---> New
Sapporo dome ---> Borussia Park
Kashima soccer stadium ---> Bay Arena Leverkusen
Yokohama stadium ---> Rhein Energie Stadium Köln (by saberrider1)
Nagai stadium ---> eStadio Dragao Porto
Olympic stadium Tokio ---> Arena auf Schalke
Oita stadium Big Eye ---> Olympiastadium Berlin
Vodacom park stadium ---> Santiago Bernabeu
Seoul world cup stadium ---> Gottlieb Daimler Stuttgart

P.S. There is also a patch that allows for snow on the pitch when it's raining at Olympiastadion. I'd like to do this too, but don't know if it's possible. Also, do you think the 8 stadium patch could work in conjunction with the X-Group 1.2 patch?

I'm downloading it now mate so I'll tell you in about an hour if it works or not...I don't see any reason why it shouldn't.

SWEEEEEEEEEEET!!! Are you installing it WITH the X-Group 1.2 Patch or by itself? I really want to get this to work.

P.S. Oh yeah, if you DO get this to work, is there a way you could upload the file that has this edited?
