kk, I just want one of the patches so badly, but I just cant understand how to do them! Plu I cant find one for PES4 on PS2

If you go to the sticky thread at the top of this section there is a quite clear and basic guide to patching which shows you all the steps. And you can find the jonboyo patch for PES4 in the File Downloads section.
Read the basic guide and then try to follow it. It's easier than it looks.

I got these from the Jonboyo's UPDATE 4 jb30.10.04pes4.ppf Pes4ps2 patch thread. Do I need to download all of the 4 parts? If so what do I then do?

Yes, you need all of these parts. You then have to just extract one of the .rars, and then you should have your .ppf file.
