I have PES4 on my XBOX HD patched, and would like to know what option file I should use that has the most up to date transfers?

Also, will the option file mess up the kits or anything, because I just want transfers?

You can edit the option file, by making in so that that kits are the default kind. So you will only see the kits made within the patch.
