I've put in the registration code to install the game but can't get a Konami ID.

I bought my game from ozgameshop in the UK.

I live in Australia.

When I opened the package,the box wasn't shrink wrapped.

Is the reason I can't put my details in the quick registration is that someone has stolem my reg id to install the game and then get a Konami ID before I could?
