I've also got one. Not as user friendly as the Grinster one, but it's got more detailed formulas, can convert GKs, and can convert hundreds of players at once.

I've got a post there that has links to the converter. You need Microsoft Excel, CM4 or CM03/04, and Search CM4 or Search CM03/04.
