Does anybody know the full understanding of the teamwork and co-operation displays in the substitution screens? If so could somebody explain cos I am a little confused. I know that when you highlight a player on the substitution screen and press the circle you get numbers and lines for each player. What exactly are these numbers and what are they relevant to. Also the players on the bench that have not played. The lines are also coloured differently. Some are blue, some green and some not visible (blanked out)

I am glad you cleared up all the confusion! I feel that with all the amount of views about my original post. Nobody has a clue about what the fuck the numbers and lines mean!!

To add to henry's point;
The lines link your selected player to all others in the team and shows their combined teamwork rating.

Eg, if you select Beckham and then look at all the values, it shows what the teamwork rating is between him and the other players. Pick one player, eg Owen and look at the value. Now select Owen and look at the lines again. The value for Beckham from Owen is the same as from Beckham to Owen. This shows that the teamwork rating between any 2 players does not change.

I think a change in colour to the lines is when it overlaps another one but not certain on that.

Teamwork rating is explained in Edit mode if you highlight the Teamwork stat. It says something vague about the success of moves (passes?) increasing when the teamwork stat is higher.

When you buy players in ML mode, their teamwork stat automatically drops to a low value. As the player plays more matches, the value slowly increases again - leading to more successful play.
