I don't know what buttons I pressed but as I was playing, a screen appeared in the bottom left-hand corner showing a close up of the face of one of my players running. Does anyone know what I did to make this happen? I can find nothing in the manual..

i think mate sum one got injured and was recieving treatment then when they cum back on the pitch u c them running back on
