converting BAG file into PPF file for Brian Lara PS2 game

im trying to patch brian lara international cricket on the PS2 by using a patch for the pc game, converting it into a patch which will work on the ps2 game. i have been told this is possible.

the part i am stuck on this:

i have used winrar and unzipped the pc patch which is in 'BAG' format (must be what PC patches are)! i now need to convert this patch into a 'PPF' file which i can then use to patch my iso of brian lara international cricket. but i do not know how to do this?

can anyone advise me please?
