I have been using a modified option file recently, and at first it was working fine. Then, just a couple of days ago, PES 4 just freezes when I start a new, or open an existing, Master League.
The Master League works fine with other option files I have, but I would like to know if there is a program/way that I can save my teams that I have edited/made that are in that option file to another one.

I had a similar problem before, couldn't solve it.

You can use the PESFan editor to import players from one OF to another one.
