What does covering mean and what player is the best type to set covering for? I use a back 3 with a sweeper in the middle if that helps?

You can set every player except the keeper to have a defensive style of Covering instead of marking an area or a man. I assume it means that he stays back a bit or in space to 'cover' any danger? Not sure.
