I was wondering if there is one stat which would make players under the computer's control (playing a fixed player game) shoot quicker.

I frequently find that they keep the ball far too long when a first time shot would have been a better idea. For info, the players in questions are either Huylens, Castollo, Barota or Ibsen (youth player) and I do not think any of them have the dribble ability.
