Well folks i have to say im mightily impressed with the demo, gameplay is so much smoother, graphics are better , no lag and better ball physics. Was worth the wait after waitng 3 hours to download the thing..!!!:shocking: Couple of questions though?? Why no commentary?? Is there going to be other camera options in the full game?, as i wasnt too comfortable with the ones in the demo although maybe im just too used to the camera angle ive always used on pes. :erm:

My View of the games was that it want too bad at all but there were just a few things that pissed me off about the game.

1- Referee - OMG played about 10 games and there were 4 Red cards (none for me the CPU) but the thing was the cCPU got the ball and it was a yellow if anything.

2 - Goalkeepers - They seems to Fumble quite alot of balls

3 - Also how would 1 do skills on the right stick as i use tht to play the game (managed to do a 360 turn whatever its call but i can do messis trick) any ideas??

4- The Sound - But hey Pro always had shit soundtrack

What I Liked was player detail is amazing even though i feel Robben looks like Rooney, Stadium amazing. I Feel Free kicks will be easier as i managed to get quite a few on target and it seems that the AI defense i much better. There plenty more Pro to this demo then cons and hopefully when the full game is out it will get rid of at least a few of the cons.

Yeah lol about the ref !!! his crap, the CPU gets the ball 1st then tackles my player in the same slide and its a yellow card !!!!!

wounder if theres a pc addon for the game !!

I love the demo and the full game will only be better! first thing I noticed as the lighting looked better! much more like a real match! the players felt abit more realistic not moving quick but moving like a real player would! I also noticed I hit the woodwork an awful lot! (might just be my shooting) but felt good and can't wait for the full game

in demo u dont have comentry .. about the ball shot sound i think when combined with comentry it wont sound too bad but its too much a monotonous sound ... please change the sound or make or less louder


But the fact is ... I have fallen in love with the whole pakage the grace and style of the graphics , the purity of DOF , the perfect use of antialising , the gret framerates , the great looking crowd , the awesomely responsive nets , the stadium , the controller beving properly unlike fifa where u have to remap it painstaikingly and last but not the least the gameplay ... it feel so much better than Fifa !

specailly after seeign the fifa demo which was full of bugs ,I appreciate konami to release such a decent bugless demo where everything works just perfect !

9.5/10 !!!!!!!!

I won't start a new thread, I will just get my questions done here.

I have only played 1 game, and i have been testing out the stuff that you can/can't do and what does/doesn't happen, but so far I haven't had much chance to play it, so i would like to know if any of you guys have expirienced any of the following:

1) If you tackle a player and it warrents a booking but the referee plays on, will he come back and show the yellow card when the ball finally goes out of play?

2) Do the referees change in appearance? or do we get the same looking ref everytime?

3) If the CPU gets a free kick just outside the box, is it a garanteed goal for them just like it was in 08? or do they actually miss.

The main one i would like to know is number 1). This is the sort of thing that made all the other pros on PS2 realistic! A feww more things that were in the others (which we won't know if they are implemented until the full version) is, Mud and dirt on players shorts etc. When a player got injured, you would see a bandage wrapped around his knee etc. I remember once that occasionally a player would come back on with a bandage around his head! think that was in PES4 or 5 but again, this was great realism.
