I never understood what dribble speed means.

Is it the speed of the player while he's dribbling, or is it the precentage of his top speed.

To make it more clear:

For example, a player who has 86 in "top speed" and 99 in "dribble speed". Will he dribble as if he had top speed of 99, or will he dribble like his original top speed (when 99 signifies the precentage of his original speed)?

I hope you understood because it's kind of hard to explain...

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TOP SPEED WHEN NOT HAVING THE BALL AND WHEN DRIBBLING VARIES. So Dribble speed is there to calculate the difference. I mean the higher the dribble speed, the less difference between top speed without the ball and top speed with the ball.

I tried to reason it out, but it's written in pes edit mode I believe. Go to dribble speed ability and there's a small message at the bottom.
