DVD Scratched Advice Needed

yesterday I dropped my ProEvo 4 DVD scratching it. The game loads correctly but when anyone scores, it cannot load the replay screen and sits there churning away trying to read the disc.
What can I do? I have a ISO backup of the DVD as take one for all my games in the event they become damaged, can I use my original Pro Evo 4 DVD to boot up then swap a replacement i've created? Or is there a place I can get the DVD replaced officially?

any help appreciated - no pro evo makes johnny mad!! :(

You can try using a soft cloth (like one would use to clean glasses) and wipe the disk in straight lines from the centre to the edge.

If that doesn't help then you can you burn the ISO and play it on a chipped/modded PS2 - or use a PS2 hard disk to run the ISO.

Thanks for your help - i've tried cleaning it - but the scratch is pretty savage. Don't have a PS2 HD and PS2 isn't chipped, don't like the idea of soldering bits to my PS2, hands aren't that steady!!!
hmmmm this has really pi$$ed me off...lol

you can get special gel and a cloth where you move the cloth around the cd and this basically scratches the scratch out of the cd,iam not sure what the stuff is called but it works every time
