Wolf's Patch is fantastic, but for some reason the National Teams have some edit features that are disabled, such as emblem, flag, team name, etc. Is there anyway to change those...I was thinking of making the CONCACAF Hex out of Morocoo, Egypt, and Saudi.

That is nothing to do with the patch. The original game does not allow you to edit these things.

To change them you will have to edit them in your own patch.
