If you get to 1000 PES, go into the shop and buy one of the 'Classic teams' Eg Classic England.
Then go into master league and go search by openness to negotiation, or talent search or any other ways which you like. Go through the players and there should be players with 99 attack, defence , everything, and they are not signed to clubs when they start off which is good.
