Face Editing Help Please ???

Hi guys,,
I'm just beginner in PES 2008 editing and i would now how to edit a face in PC
Console and in a few hours I just install FKuyt_MixPatch_v3 I download it
@ gamingaccess and word perfectly put some faces need to edit on it like
Dos Santos, Bojan and Pato !!!
I downloaded Schweinsteinger face in a zip file included 3 files:
1- faces_1589.bin
2- file_1.png
3- hair_4630.bin

How can I install this files Please !!! ???
