Fake Offside !

Yesterday when I was playing a game with my cousin .. I played a fine through ball to Milito .. every thing were fine Pique was covering the offside Milito recieved the ball very well in a fine position no offside nothing "it was a counter attack".. In front of him was Pique .. but suddenly the ref assistant raised his flag up and the ref blowed his damn whistle and announced an offside situation .. I shocked from the decision .. it was a fake offside !! .. I checked and my cousin as well and it wasn't an offside !!
even Milito wasn't back from offside .. Pique was covering the damn place ..

Any way this happened with me about 3 times .. and it happened once in my cousin's house ..
and I don't know that it's just a bug or anything else !

Konami said before the game was released that refs wouldn't give away every offside and would have an error now and again. If its not because of that, then its a bug
