Flip Flap, La Bona

Does anyone know how to do the flip flap and la bona on pro evo 4, ive been told you can do them but i dont know how.

The flip flap is the thing ronaldinho does and the la bona is the cross that cristiano ronaldo does.

the ronaldo fing is done wen player has low other foot frequency and other foot accurracy. ive only dun it wi shooting tho and it dunt work evry time. dunno bout other tho. go on pes fan site it helpful
