Formations

Just wondered what formations people were now using and if anybody has started to use the new wing back and 2nd forward position?

I'm currently playing 3 centre backs, 2 wing backs pushing on, a holding midfielder covering the back 3, 2 attacking midfielders interlinking with the 2 strikers.
