I have done everything i could... i managed to make all transfers to every club.....UPDaTED on the basis that you have STUTTGART and PARTIZAN as your 2 extra teams....
It took me some 2 days to make it all happen.

PS... Make sure that you make copy of your own option file in case you are not pleased with transfers....
PS ...make sure you email address has space because few time i have got notification that recipent has full email account
