im only using what i know from pes3, but neither game can be that different from each other

(1) as the negotiation periods pass players do get transfered
(2) their stats do not change, except for growth players who you can train up
(3) the player roster stays the same through out unless you manually add players through edit mode
(4) players dont age so they dont retire
