Hi.

I have installed the Pro Evolutionline Superpatch. I want to change some of the names on the teams and what the commentator shall say when a team plays. I think its ugly when Real Madrid is playing againts Man Utd he says Charmartin againts Trad Bricks. Back to the problem. When i change the names on the teams or the sounds it just goes back to the default PES3. Without the new rosters. Somebody who knows how to fix the problem?

Please Help.

mmmmm maybe you have forgotten to delete your original option file... try that first and reinstall the patch making sure you are checking everything when your installing it. I have used that particular patch with no issues as yet touch wood...

Michael C how are you editing the teams names? Which process are you using.

I'm not really aware of any way of editing the names they say short of recording your own and somehow getting that in there.

he is referring to the patch not changing the rosters... however most patches contain a file that goes under the 020boot.afs which sets the changes to the rosters as default which is why u are required to delete old option files.

yep spot on i prefer the ones without option files... means the default settings are the updated rosters which i think is much better.

I go to edit mode in the game. And from there i change the team name. But then i go out of the game and when i start it again the rosters are not there. Before the rosters was there.

Wolf and Andy's patch is free and includes many things fromt he superpatch as well.

IMO better just to use Wolf and Andy's latest patch.
