Having trouble editing WE10 teams (newbie)

I patched the new Fernando_we10_English_v4b1 and SaberKa's English Commentary Patch they both work great (cheers for all the people who made them).

Now I want to create a new league and new national team which aren’t in the game, so if someone can direct me to a place which contain this info it will be great (I can't seems to find it on my own I have tried in search and here, haven't found info about editing WE10).
I have tried DKZ studio 9.1b, with the database editor tool, but I need executables configuration file for we10 to make it work, so I'm stuck (I don't know how to make such file which contain the SLPM_663.74 data in xml or what ever, and I even don't know if I'm in the right direction, or I just make it complicated like I always do ^^)

* Again I'm newbie, so go easy with me (although I patched without any difficulty).

In the same wondering around looking to learn bout editing

Hi I am also looking to find any existing editor for WE.

I am also interested write an editor myself so that I can update player names regularly and planning to post periodic updates like Fernando did. I am not trying to compete with him but you know people have different preferences. If you have your own editor you control what you want basically. I am interested to update the player list with the latest WorldCup 2006 squad list.

If you have any pointer where I can learn about which file that store player database, and how do we parse the player names, will be much appreciated.
