Headers

Hi people,
is it me, or is it very different then Pes 2011 to score with headers? When I play the Netherlands, i give a lot of good crosses, but the strikers almost never are able to make a good chance out of it. They sometimes run away from the ball, or they hit the ball very soft. Is it just timing?

it's about timing - you press shoot to early they'll just jump early and miss it or not get clean contact on the ball so yeah it's about timing

I seem to score almost every goal from headers. For me it's just about having a very tall attacker and constantly feed him from the wings. And i'm playing on superstar

rasmus, how do you cross - do you tap cross once, twice or thrice, do you press l1,l2 or r2 before you crooss because when i cross it never goes towards my attackers

I just found out about how to time the headers, it was annoying me that every time I went to header the ball from a great cross, it seemed like my player, on purposly, moved his head OUT of the way! If you do challenge training, you can master this.

headers were too precise in the demos, they toned them down considerably for the game which is a good thing because crossing is too accurate as well. I would say that about 80% of the goals I concede online are from crosses into the area.
