HELP ! Faces gets messed up with graphic studio!

Help, please !

Have imported BMP faces with graphic studio but they keep getting messed up. Sometimes with two eyes, sometimes totally "blurry" ! what am i doing wrong ???? i followed the instructions at Ajays homepage but its not working anyway ? Help me fast before i throw my computor out the window !!!

ive had a problem with importing faces aswell. well not really problems just problem. Marcus Bents face from everton seems to have a big crack in his head, all other faces ive imported work fine, r u using the latest version of graphic studio? and are the faces youve imported done by u or from a pack available in an earlier thread?

Either the faces are bad quality... or you need to change the face model also. I'm not entirely sure as I haven't done it myself, just what I have read from other people.
