First Question: I have created a local club i support in the Eufa Wild Card league but I want to move it to the Championship Division. Is it possible and how does one do that? Or will I have to re- create the club in the Championship Division thus overwriting one of the clubs in the Championship e.g. Leeds United?

Second Question: Is there a way to edit stadiums that came out with the game? Like Old Trafford?

First off, try looking in edit mode and look for league composition. select any side from div 2 and then you should be able to replace them with your new side. This will be reflected in your ML when you start a new one.

As for the stadiums, I don't think you can edit the licensed stadiums without a patch or a chipped box.
