So I'm in my second season as AC Milan, about to enter my third, and I feel like a clean out.

Heres my team so far:
Keepers: Schmichael, Banks, M Catchpole (created player)

Defenders: Cafu, Stam, Nesta, Maldini, Beckenbeur, Moore, Kaladze, Bos, J Catchpole (another created)

Midfield: Lampard, Kaka, Pirlo, C Ronaldo, Joaquin, S Smith (I like to create players)

Strikers: Shevchenko, Linekar, Pele, F Torres, Henry, Mardonna, Rooney

So its not a bad looking team, but theres some old players and some players who arent doing it for me

Anyone got any suggestions as to who i should bring in and who i should get rid off?

I think my wishlist atm is:

IN: Puyol, Terry, Gerrard, Ballack, Ronaldinho, Kaiser, Duffy, Fabregas, Adu, Iniesta, M'Bami, Mancini

OUT: Linekar, Joaquin, Stam, Kaladze, Cafu

Anyone got any input?

Must be too easy with a team like that?

Your wishlist looks good. Should add Messi to that list. Maybe get rid of C.Ronaldo? He's fun to use but if u need consistency then there are much better options. Try a young Giggs. Don't like Rio Ferdinand? He has better stats than Puyol and Terry. If you need a right back try Cicinho, Eboue, or Javier Zanetti. Left back Ashley Cole, a young Roberto Carlos, or Heinze if u prefer defensive. And you have 2 many strikers and not enuff midfielders. Definitely try to get Ronaldinho and a young Zidane.

Can't believe I left out Nedved. No side should be without Nedved

And Zambrotta, this guy does it all. Plays in defense or midfield, left or right side, good at defense and attack, he can run all day long all season long. He also has a great cross for a defender. He'll solve a lot of your defensive needs.

Update

Right...so i have listened to your advice

Maldini is still here, but i think this is his last year...so I will be looking at Ashley Cole, Carlos, Heinze and Zambrotta as a replacement (depending on age when Maldini retires). Also, my friend suggested Argentinian legend Palteza (?), even though he's a centre back.

At the moment transfers in all depend on Maldini. If i can't find a suitable left back, i will drop J Catchpole down from his current right mid position to the left back, and i can then play Mancini OR a new right midfielder.

SO new wishlists for the season

IN: Ibrahimovic (?), Adriano, M'Bami, Gerrard, Fabregas, a left back/right midfielder, and then Nedved, Zidane and Giggs depending on their age (i don't want to spend lots of points bringing in old players with a season or two left in them) and possibly a young Maldini (as i do love him, 2nd best defender of all time behind my current captain, Sir Bobby Moore)

OUT: Maldini (retirement), possibly Sheva, C Ronaldo

CURRENT SQUAD

Keepers: Schmichael, Banks, M Catchpole

Defenders: Puyol, Terry, Nesta, Maldini, Beckenbeur, Moore, Bos, J Catchpole

Midfield: Lampard, Kaka, Pirlo, C Ronaldo, Iniesta, S Smith, Mancini, Kaiser, Duffy

Strikers: Shevchenko, Ronaldinho, Pele, Boijinov, Henry, Mardonna, Rooney, Theo Walcott
