Help with transfaring saved data/edit from one xbox to another

I have done a lot of editing to jeresys and stats of different teams. Now I need to save it to xbox memory card to load to on another xbox.

Any idea how? Is it possible?

When you put the memory stick in, and click save (in edit section) it never gives you the option of saving on the memory card.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
