how do you register play you made in the edit/empty space cos when i make one it says "player stocked it will takes 2000 points to register" or somethin like that what points and how do u pay them.please help

If you mean register created players into a club team, you can't do.
Overwrite a player currently in the game if you want someone new in the game.

There are plenty of duplicate players you could overwrite as well as the players at WE/PES United if you wanted to.

ive made classic ac and classic barca with them players though

Try overwriting the duplicate players or players who have moved to other clubs not in the game then.
