How can I edit Team Names in patch?

Been using the jonboyo patch for months now but I've made a few changes to it since and I've changed a few teams but I'm having a problem in that I don't know how to edit the team names without using the option file. Can anyone help me out on this as it's really giving some headaches?

Some italian teams for example, my Inter milan team name says Interna and I want to change it, any ideas?

You may only be able to change the names of licenced teams using a pc option file editor or through patching the game.

I had the same problem with my jonboyo patched PES4 and I needed to hex-edit the game to change it back to Inter. Do a search for a Hex Editor (I can't remember the name of the one I used as I am at work) and use it to change the ingame text. It will mean burning another copy of PES4 though, is it worth it?
