How do you get Special Hairstyles 2

I have Bongoz Option file for PS2 and I can't access special hairstyles 2 or any of the endorsed football boots. They aren;t in the PES Shop either. However, if you go to some players they have both of these but you can't change them or access them if you create a player. Anyone ever had this problem?

Really? I have always been able to choose from hundreds of hairstyles though. Did they stop doing it in this version? Same with the boots. I rememver being able to select nikes and adidas boots? You think its possible to access special hairstyles by base copying a player with special hairstyles 2 then editing him?
