right go to negotiate like normal go a player you want then when it comes up with the
options the second or third 1 down says loan player go onto that and do the rest of the deal

i think he means to loan 'OUT' his own players....

You can't specify that you want to loan players (just list them as possible transfers), but you can recieve offers for your players to go on loan in the same way you recieve offers to buy your players. I actually recieved a loan offer for the very first time just this weekend, appropriately enough.
