How does fatigue affect your players in ml

I don't get it? how does fatigue affect players in master league I've seen they've got low bar but i don't know how its affecting there play???
please help me.

it makes them knackered so they dont perform to there full ability. need to rest players in order for them to reach there full potential. if u leave a player on who is fucked , more blue down arrows appear to there game.

I think as the green bar goes down their stats slowly decline. Thats why at half time you should sub anyone off who is tired - coz they are rubbish.

yup basically the lower the fatigue the lower your players performance is

I'd wait till about the 60th minute. especially if they are an important player.

I usually wait till the 70th that gives them enough time to use up all they have to give lol
