hey man im playing as AS Roma first Season Team Pop C right, i got hold of ibrahimovic super easy, ive also got Barcelona in their 15th season but its boring with classics turned on, anyways listen up man all u have to do is offer a contract with 2-4 years depending on the age of the player. i havnt sorted out what age with what contract lenght is best but i can tell u 3 years is a safe solution. offer the club u want to buy the player from roughly bout 2-5000 credits over the value of the player and give the player 2-700 more cash each yeah this will make your chance of getting 60% and 30% of having your deal put on hold and ofcourse 10% chance they tell u to buzz off. When a deal is put on hold it can mean 3 diffirent things, firstly maybe contract lenght the player wants 1 year more or 1 year less, secondly it could be that the club wants more cash for him, and third as u may have concluded already, the player in question wants more salary. Team popularity only increases the chance of starting up a negotiation it has no influence on the procedure and chance of getting a player, again it only has effect on starting a negotiation at all. furthermore when your Team Pop Reaches S u can always put an offer on a player u will never get turned down when putting in a request. A quick way to reach a popularity S is starting with a Top club beating the first season and not losing more then 3 games, u have to win the D1 cup and league then u got instantly S like when i played Barca first time up when the game came out. Top player sucks huge ass but beware of their perfect play with free kicks and crosses from side to side when they got no options to pass.
