How to change formation in the game?

Hi guys:
I heard there is a option that you can set up two different formation before the game start, and you can change during the game. Does anyone knows how to set it up?
I read some tips in the PES forum how to do those kind of set up, if anyone can find that link, it will be great too!

Well when you save your formation to memory card/hard drive you copy it into one of the boxes. Just copy your first formation into the first box, then change your formation to the preferred second formation and copy it into the second box.

Save it then start your game with your original formation. If you need to change it just go into the formation screen, to load formation and simply copy the second formation to your default and bobs your fathers brother.
