Can someone tell me or point me in the right direction on how to get Option Files on a PS2 - is it USB stick like PS3?

Any info would be great

i know two ways of doing it

1)max drive (i think its somewhere in this forum)

2)bin/cue method
download the bin cue files from any of the OF makers and burn it as image on nero 8, alcohol 120% on the lowest speed (4x, 8x or 10 x).
