Can someone tell me how to make a PPF, hwich will work on PES3 DATE_E.AFS. I want to make a Premiership Patch which is used in conjuction with Zoidberg's Option File. I have most of the Premiership kits and have played them on PS2, but I want it to be available to everybody, so how do you make a PPF?
