How To patch A Pes2007 Image?

Ok this is my first question in PESGaming i hope to Find Answer Here

Year ago i Patched my Ps2 So i can use hard Disk On it so i attach the hard on computer put the game image "*.iso" on it and then put the hard on the Ps2 and Play the Game Funny Haaahah

My question now say that i have The ISO PES image file can i put the new option file instead of the already option file on it ?
