idiots guide to patching wanted,please read this and help me from this suffering

ok, heres how it is.... im on this site for about 5mins a day because im at work, i cant sift through here looking for the right threads because i have no time, i dont understand the tutorials, I have no clue at all how to edit adv boards etc and i would love to do this, or even upload other option files from this site. please give me an idiots guide to how this is done. my mate has a pc which i can possibly use if i need to. please email me if you can guys because i wont be ebale to find this thread again to find if i have got replys.

I read through those topics and didn't have a clue what to do either.

But trust me mate, it is much easier than it looks when you have the programmes needed and are doing it step-by-step. I have managed to patch a version myself now (even though I can't play it).

Yeah, if you´re a beginner than the best solution is to get all tools, and work step by step, you can´t rip and patch a game in 5 minutes.

I just have a question, do you have to rip the cd to be able to install the wolfs patches ? fot example the option-file...
