Importing kits how the hell?

Ok, so I instaled a superpatch but it ruins some players appearance, some players have no feet because I cant instal the boots that came with it, some keepers dont have kits..

I want to import my own kits..

I use WEPictureDecoder to export the filename, then import the .bmp then save as .bin, then import the new .bin over the old one, but when I go to the game the whole kit is transparent, and all I see is the head, arms and legs etc, not one bit of kit..

So I did same but instead of using a .bmp I used a .png, then when I got to pick the team my game crashed..

Quite gay, I can only instal my own ones if they are already .bin which some aint, most are just .bmp..

Please help
