Inserting faces trouble

Hey guys, I'm new to the whole editing custom faces into PES.I have a question and was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help.I downloaded Game Graphic Studio and downloaded some faces, like Huntelaar's and C.Ronaldo's. When i insert Huntelaar's face into the game, it comes out all weird looking and disfigured.I saved his .BIN file over one of the W face referees. With c.ronaldo, i justed saved his .BIN over his original .BIN face(over the 64x and the 32x, same as with huntelaar and ref), but ingame i still get his original face? Can anyone help?
