1) In master league what does 'Regulate Condition' actually do?

2) What makes a good Captain for your team and does having a good captain actually make any difference to the game at all?

3) How come the ratings after a match only vary between 5.0 and 7.5? Anyone got any other ratings?

1)It prepares your players for the next match, their condition usually gets better after it.Short term effect though.

2)Dont know about this one, but I dont think it makes a difference who is the captain.

3)Sending offs(double yellow or instant red) early could result in a 4.0 or 4.5.
Super performances(every shot a goal,high pass succes rate, no balllosses etc.) could get you a 8.0 or higher.

And just to clear #2 up, no i dont think the choice of captain has jack all to do with anything.
