I live in the US and I just received Winning Eleven 9.
Not the one scheduled for 02/28/06 but the first release from Japan.
This one was released on August 4th or 5th of this year.
I bought the Swap Magic DVD so I can play the game on my PS2. I am trying to edit ingame text to english. It seems the Japanese version does not provide that ability. It would be much fun if I could actually see the player's name in english plus commentry. The game is really great. It is like real life.
