Kitsever where to put folders?

I am having difficulties installing kits. I run setup.exe and that is not a problem it says kitserver is installed. The problem is when I run PES5 the kits werent installed and it shows me the same old boring jerseys. Can someone explain how my jerseys should look like in the folder?

GDB and Setup.exe in Kitserver folder

Uni folder??? Dont know if needed.

Club is where I keep my jerseys and the Map.txt
