so if one of you would be so kind as to point me in the direction of who can best get me started on this, by all means

i am currently unemployed and will remain so for the next month. So do not let my complete incompetence with computers dismay you. i have a great deal of time on my hands and have no trouble spelling 'hex editor' correctly.

i am ready for this. God told me so, over the loudspeakers at Wal-Mart.

Well, I guess you got no reply because there is the "beginners editing guide" which explains you how to edit kits, balls, shoes, stadiums etc.
Start with that and I´ll try to help out when I´m back home from holidays if you have a specific question.

nah i was thinking you guys have jobs and lives unlike myself, so getting beyond just the applying process and actually making your own patch would be heady and quite time consuming - which i have much to consume as you know by now

i was hoping someone like jb or wolf or whomever had some sort of instructional..guide..thing and would be willing to share it so i dont waste their time by having them or you or anyone go thru it step by step
