im still on the ps2 version for a start so dont know if this applies to other versions but i know its been the same on all pro evos for me, anyway is there a way to loan a player out? ive had it once in all the pro evos from a club offering to take a player and they didnt use him,

reason i want it is for youth players, loan them out so computer does the dirty work of getting them good

Yeh, i think it is completely random whether they actually want/need to loan your player or not.
But when clubs offer to take your player(s) on loan, make sure they don't have more than one player playing in the same position that has better stats (or much more experienced - aged 30 aprox).

I loaned a young Andersson to Sunderland where they had two players playing in midfield that had either better stats or are much more experienced than him, and they never used him until one of them got injured.

I tend not to loan players out really for some reason.
I usually keep them if i need them, or sell them of i don't.
Most of the time, i sell the younger ones and buy even better younger ones with the money i have.

I'm not sure on this one either. I put young players on the transfer list to see if there's any interest, but it's very rare that another club offers a loan deal. I can only remember one on PES2008.
