Looked through this part of the board and really didn't find an answer to this....

Ok I got a new controller for my PES 2008 (PC) game, so I can actually do all the little tricks and such. However, I can NOT figure out how to do curl shots. On FK's I can get the ball to curl, kind of. By hitting the shot button once then aiming with the left stick, and hitting the button a second time to shoot. As I read on a thread in this section.

But how do you do curl shots during regular gameplay? I try the same thing by stopping my player, aiming with the left stick and hitting the shoot button. But the ball just goes the way I am aiming, it doesn't have any curl or anything.

Any help would be appreciated/

You pick the side of the goal you want the ball to go to and you angle your player.
There isnt a lot of curl in the game

Amazing amount of curve. He describes how he does it however. This is near impossible to do on a PC. I haven;lt been able to find my controller yet to try this out. But thats the ebst I can do.

the only way i can think of curling, in game, is to hold the button that makes your player walk and then shoot, or go down the box parralell to the goal and the hold the change player button and shoot.

what controller did you get?
I use the xbox 260 controller and it works a treat.

It gives a great amount of controll when curling.

I will give everything y'all pointed out a try and see what (if anything) works.

As far as the controller I bought. It is the Logitech-RumblePad 2 Game Pad.
