Is there still free agent transfer in PES4? I finished my first ML season and I was expecting to sign some players without transfer fees. But there was no one available, they already had renewed contracts. I am guessing I somehow missed something. Please confirm when the free agent transfer takes place so I can get couple players.

yes you get them after the first season - don't know if you get them in 2nd division if you didn't get promoted though
