i always find that the players i want for like 5 6 season always retire or b4 u know it there 29 its crap like im in 3 season now in champions league but i wanna contue playing with the players i got but buffon 30 drogba 30 its annoying

That's why it's so important in Master Leagues to have good young players.

Also the players that retire are all recreated as newcomers without
clubs a season or two later. They're not as good as they were at their peak, but it's still a good idea to sign them
